General Information


Your Deposit Fee is non refundable


Deposit
To secure your booking, we will require a $350.00 deposit. This fee is non refundable. If for whatever reason you should decide to cancel your function, this fee will be taken to offset our costs.
Payment
Two weeks prior to the event, we will need the number of guests attending and full payment based on that number. The $350.00 deposit will be applied to your total cost.
 

 

Hours
    Liquor service will close at    12:00 midnight
    Music turned off at        12:30 a.m.
    Auditorium vacated by    1:00 a.m.

These hours can not be extended. Please give this special consideration.



Cash bars are not
available


Bar Service
If your function requires a bar service, then your corkage covers one bartender, a rollout bar, all mixes and soft drinks, ice and glasses. You will be responsible for obtaining a liquor permit and any alcohol that you wish to provide. The permit must be given to the bartender prior to serving (we suggest bringing the permit along with the liquor order delivery). Regardless of any times stated on the permit, bar service will close at 12:00 midnight.


Decorating
St. Andrew's will endeavour to make the facility available for you on the afternoon preceding the function for the purpose of decorating and deliveries. However, there are rare occasions when the space is rented for other functions and will not be available. In this event the facility will be available on the morning of the event.

St. Andrew's is not be responsible for any decorations, special table settings, keepsakes, etc. that may be left behind after the function.


No tape, glue etc. is allowed on drywall surfaces. Also,
nothing may be attached or
taped to the sprinkler
system heads. Only Putty Gum is allowed.



Remember to take any centre pieces etc. you wish to keep.


Cleaning
A cleaning charge is included with the buffet prices. Please feel free to bring any special centre pieces, mementos and decorations. However, it is your responsibility to remove these items at the end of the function.
Deliveries
Deliveries can commence whenever the facility has been made available to you. We can also accept liquor delivery one day prior to the event to store in our coolers. Please notify us of the day and time you expect the delivery.
Music
A stage is available for DJ or band setup. Understanding that St. Andrew's is a Senior Citizen's Complex, noise levels from music should be kept to a moderate level. In the unlikely event of very loud music, our staff will request that the volume be turned down.

Please be sure music is
turned off by 12:30 a.m.


Photo Sessions
With your booking, you may have access to our beautifully landscaped Atrium for a one hour photo session. View this unique area and find the perfect spot for your memories.   Remember to take your decorations with you after the session.

During the summer months,
bookings for photo sessions
are intense. We advise you
book your time slot as soon
as possible.
